Blog Post #3 - More About Me
Attached above is a photo of me. In my other blog post I mentioned I'm a 911 dispatcher but I am also a volunteer firefighter. I have been a volunteer firefighter since December of 2021. I have taken many courses and classes to get where I am at now in both firefighting and 911 dispatching. I take a lot of pride in being able to help those in need as my job and in my free time. The attached photo was taken during a structure fire in a neighboring coverage area. Though it seems like I have zero free time between firefighting and my job, I have a decent amount of it. In my free time I will usually play video games or watch movies with my girlfriend. Occasionally on my days off, I will take road trips for the day and go to somewhere I've never been or go on hikes. Currently I only go myself due to my girlfriend and I's schedule not lining up but that will soon change. Nature and being outside play a huge role in my life.
